Search report shows the ownership registration history of the asset (by the different registrants of the asset); and for each registration record, it will provide the current and historical asset status, and warning if the asset has been flagged as missing or stolen by any of the registrants.

On the other hand, the proof report is a certificate of ownership issued by the asset owner, and confirmed by the receiver. The issuer of the proof key (certificate) cannot deny the act. By issuing a proof key, the member issuing the key is asserting legal ownership of the target asset.

Unlike asset search report, asset proof report with owner's permission; shows the personal details e.g. names, address, and telephone number of the proof key issuer.
